Delete your Sudoku account
Sudoku by Hangar Apps, for iOS and Android
- You can delete your account and all of its data in the app, at any time. It takes effect immediately.
- If you cannot open the app, email us and we will delete it for you.
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete it in the app
- Open Sudoku while connected to the internet.
- Go to the Profile tab and tap the gear icon to open Settings.
- Scroll to Data and tap Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete.
This works for guest accounts as well as accounts linked to Apple, Google or email. Afterwards the app starts again as a new, empty guest.
Request deletion without the app
If you played only as a guest and no longer have the app, tell us your player name and roughly when you last played, and we will try to locate the account.
What is deleted
- your profile: player name, friend code, level, experience, streaks, battle rating, wins and losses
- your game results, statistics, achievements, daily tasks and daily challenge results
- your entries on every leaderboard
- your friend list, and you are removed from your friends' lists
- friend requests and battle invitations you sent or received
- your block list, your entry on other players' block lists, and reports you filed or that are about you
- your battle match history. A match in progress is ended and counted as a loss.
- notification device records (push tokens)
- your sign-in details: the account itself and any linked Apple, Google or email sign-in
What is kept, and for how long
- Nothing from your game account is kept. A battle that has just ended may stay on our live servers for up to about 10 minutes before it is removed.
- Usage statistics, crash reports and advertising data handled by Google are not tied to your name or email. Google keeps them for a limited period under its own retention settings and then deletes or anonymizes them.
- If you emailed us, we keep the conversation only as long as needed to help you.
- Game data saved on your device is cleared when you delete the account in the app. If you asked us by email instead, uninstall the app to remove it.
Good to know
- Signing out does not delete your account. It only disconnects the device.
- If you linked Apple or Google, you can also remove Sudoku from the list of apps connected to your Apple Account or Google Account in that account's settings.
- To delete only part of your data, for example to change a player name, see Support or email us.

アプリ内で削除する

アプリを使わずに削除を依頼する

保持されるデータとその期間
- ゲームアカウントのデータは一切保持されません。終了したばかりの対戦は、削除されるまで最大 10 分ほどライブサーバーに残る場合があります。
- Google が取り扱う利用統計、クラッシュレポート、広告データは、あなたの名前やメールアドレスとは結び付いていません。Google はこれらを独自の保持設定に従って一定期間保管し、その後削除または匿名化します。
- メールでご連絡いただいた場合、そのやり取りはサポートに必要な期間に限り保管します。
- アプリ内でアカウントを削除すると、端末に保存されたゲームデータも消去されます。メールで削除をご依頼いただいた場合は、アプリをアンインストールしてデータを削除してください。
ご注意
- サインアウトしてもアカウントは削除されません。端末との接続が解除されるだけです。
- Apple または Google と連携している場合は、各アカウントの設定から、Apple アカウントまたは Google アカウントに接続されたアプリの一覧から Sudoku を削除することもできます。
- プレイヤー名の変更など、データの一部のみを削除したい場合は、サポートをご覧いただくか、メールでご連絡ください。

Ihr Sudoku-Konto löschen

- Sie können Ihr Konto und alle zugehörigen Daten jederzeit in der App löschen. Die Löschung wird sofort wirksam.
- Wenn Sie die App nicht öffnen können, schreiben Sie uns eine E-Mail, und wir löschen das Konto für Sie.
- Die Löschung ist endgültig und kann nicht rückgängig gemacht werden.
In der App löschen
- Öffnen Sie Sudoku, während Sie mit dem Internet verbunden sind.
- Gehen Sie zum Tab Profil und tippen Sie auf das Zahnradsymbol, um die Einstellungen zu öffnen.
- Scrollen Sie zu Daten und tippen Sie auf Konto löschen.
- Bestätigen Sie mit Löschen.
Das funktioniert sowohl für Gastkonten als auch für Konten, die mit Apple, Google oder einer E-Mail-Adresse verknüpft sind. Anschließend startet die App neu als neuer, leerer Gast.
Löschung ohne die App beantragen

Was gelöscht wird

- Ihre Spielergebnisse, Statistiken, Erfolge, täglichen Aufgaben und Ergebnisse der täglichen Herausforderung
- Ihre Einträge in allen Ranglisten
- Ihre Freundesliste; außerdem werden Sie aus den Listen Ihrer Freunde entfernt
- gesendete oder erhaltene Freundschaftsanfragen und Duell-Einladungen
- Ihre Blockierliste, Ihr Eintrag auf den Blockierlisten anderer Spieler sowie Meldungen, die Sie eingereicht haben oder die Sie betreffen
- Ihr Duell-Verlauf. Ein laufendes Duell wird beendet und als Niederlage gewertet.
- Geräteeinträge für Benachrichtigungen (Push-Tokens)
- Ihre Anmeldedaten: das Konto selbst und jede verknüpfte Anmeldung über Apple, Google oder E-Mail
Was aufbewahrt wird und wie lange
- Von Ihrem Spielkonto wird nichts aufbewahrt. Ein gerade beendetes Duell kann bis zu etwa 10 Minuten auf unseren Live-Servern verbleiben, bevor es entfernt wird.
- Nutzungsstatistiken, Absturzberichte und Werbedaten, die von Google verarbeitet werden, sind nicht mit Ihrem Namen oder Ihrer E-Mail-Adresse verknüpft. Google bewahrt sie gemäß seinen eigenen Aufbewahrungseinstellungen für einen begrenzten Zeitraum auf und löscht oder anonymisiert sie anschließend.
- Wenn Sie uns eine E-Mail geschrieben haben, bewahren wir die Korrespondenz nur so lange auf, wie es nötig ist, um Ihnen zu helfen.

Gut zu wissen
- Durch das Abmelden wird Ihr Konto nicht gelöscht. Dabei wird nur die Verbindung des Geräts getrennt.
- Wenn Sie Apple oder Google verknüpft haben, können Sie Sudoku in den Einstellungen dieses Kontos auch aus der Liste der mit Ihrem Apple Account bzw. Google-Konto verbundenen Apps entfernen.
