BBlock Shift

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 23, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the Block Shift mobile game ("Block Shift", "the app"), published by Hangar Apps ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Block Shift you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The app

Block Shift is a single-player block puzzle game. You send pieces up into an 8×12 board, clear full rows and build chains, in Endless, Time Attack and Adventure modes. The game is played on your device and does not need an account. It is free, supported by ads, and offers optional in-app purchases. Global leaderboards through Game Center or Google Play Games are optional.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Block Shift on devices you own or control, as allowed by the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app or its content, including its levels, artwork, sounds and text, except where the law allows it.

If you downloaded Block Shift from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If it conflicts with these Terms, the Apple EULA prevails for iOS users.

3. Remove ads

  • Remove ads is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It turns off the full-screen ads between games, and rewards that normally need an ad (such as a free power, continuing a game or doubling your coins) are given right away without one. The daily and per-game limits on those rewards stay the same.
  • The price is shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
  • The purchase is tied to your store account. Use Restore purchases in Settings to turn it on again on a new or reset device signed in to the same account. Clearing your data in Settings does not remove it.

4. Coins, coin packs and powers

  • You earn coins by playing and can spend them on powers (hammer, pick a piece, undo and extra trash). You can also buy coin packs; the number of coins and any bonus are shown before you buy.
  • Coin packs are consumable purchases. Coins and powers are stored only on the device where you got them. They cannot be restored or moved to another device, and they are lost if you clear your data in Settings, uninstall the app or reset the device, unless your device's own backup restores them.
  • Coins and powers are a limited license to use virtual items in the game. They have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred or refunded by us.

5. Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds are handled by them under their policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through your Google Play order history. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

6. Ads

  • Without the ad-free purchase, Block Shift may show a full-screen ad from Google AdMob when you leave the results screen. There are no such ads in your first 3 games or in the first 5 Adventure levels, at most one every 2 games, and at least 3 minutes apart.
  • You can choose to watch a short rewarded ad for a bonus: a random power (up to 5 a day in a game and 3 a day in the shop), continuing an Endless game (once per game), 5 extra moves in Adventure (once per level) or doubling the coins you earned in Endless or Time Attack (once per game). A reward is given only when the ad is watched to the end. If no ad is available or it fails to load, no reward is given; please try again later.
  • We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the websites, apps and products they link to. How ad data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Leaderboards

If you sign in to Game Center or Google Play Games, your best scores and total Adventure stars are posted to global leaderboards under your player name. These services are provided by Apple and Google under their own terms. We may remove scores that look like they were gained by cheating, and we do not guarantee that the leaderboards will always be available.

8. Your progress

Your progress, stars, best scores and settings are stored only on your device. Block Shift has no cloud save, so clearing your data, uninstalling the app, resetting your device or changing phones can erase your progress unless your device's own backup restores it. We cannot recover lost progress, coins or powers. Stars and scores have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

9. Fair use

Do not modify the app or its saved data, unlock paid items without paying, post scores you did not earn, interfere with its ads (for example by generating fake ad views or taps), or use it in any way that is unlawful or that harms us, Apple, Google or other players.

10. Intellectual property

The app, including its design, levels, artwork, sounds, text and code, belongs to Hangar Apps or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. "Block Shift" and its logo are our trademarks. Apple, App Store, Game Center, Google, Google Play and other third-party names belong to their owners.

11. Changes to the game

We may add, change or remove features, modes, levels and powers, may change the prices of powers in coins, and may change how often ads appear. If you bought Remove ads, we will not bring back ads between games for you. Updates may be needed to keep using the app.

12. Disclaimer

Block Shift is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we do not make any warranties, express or implied, including that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Hangar Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for the loss of game progress, coins or powers. Our total liability for any claim related to Block Shift is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

14. Termination

You can stop using Block Shift at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your license if you seriously breach these Terms. We may also stop offering the app.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. If you keep using Block Shift after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply where they give you more protection.

Block Shift'i Apple App Store'dan indirdiyseniz Apple'ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir.

9. Adil kullanım

Uygulamayı veya kayıtlı verilerini değiştirmeyin, ücretli öğeleri ödeme yapmadan açmayın, kazanmadığınız skorları göndermeyin, reklamlara müdahale etmeyin (örneğin sahte reklam gösterimi veya dokunma üretmeyin) ve uygulamayı yasalara aykırı ya da bize, Apple'a, Google'a veya diğer oyunculara zarar verecek şekilde kullanmayın.

10. Fikri mülkiyet

Tasarımı, bölümleri, görselleri, sesleri, metinleri ve kodu dahil uygulama Hangar Apps'e veya lisans verenlerine aittir ve fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunur. "Block Shift" ve logosu bizim markalarımızdır. Apple, App Store, Game Center, Google, Google Play ve diğer üçüncü taraf adları sahiplerine aittir.

14. Sona erme

Block Shift'i silerek kullanmayı istediğiniz zaman bırakabilirsiniz.

15. Bu Koşullardaki değişiklikler

Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. "Son güncelleme" tarihi güncel sürümü gösterir. Bir değişiklikten sonra Block Shift'i kullanmaya devam ederseniz güncellenmiş Koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

16. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. Yaşadığınız ülkenin zorunlu tüketici koruma hükümleri size daha fazla koruma sağladığı ölçüde geçerliliğini korur.
