Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the Minoku mobile app ("Minoku", "the app"), published by Hangar Apps ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Minoku you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The app

Minoku is a single-player logic puzzle game. You divide a grid into rectangles so that each rectangle holds exactly one number, earn up to three stars per level, and open new chapters on a map. The game is played on your device and does not need an account. It is free, supported by ads, and offers optional in-app purchases.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Minoku on devices you own or control, as allowed by the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app or its content, including its puzzles, artwork and text, except where the law allows it.

If you downloaded Minoku from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If it conflicts with these Terms, the Apple EULA prevails for iOS users.

3. Minoku Premium subscription

  • Minoku is free to download and play. Minoku Premium is an optional auto-renewable subscription, offered monthly or yearly. It removes the ads between levels and gives you 3 free hints in every level, as described on the purchase screen.
  • The price and the length of each period are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Free trial: when a plan offers a free trial (for example 7 days on the yearly plan), you are charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. A trial is available once per store account, as the store decides.
  • Renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Cancelling: manage or cancel in your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. After you cancel, Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Restoring: Premium is tied to your store account. Use Restore purchases in Settings to turn it on again on a new or reset device signed in to the same account.

4. Hint packs

  • Hint packs (for example 10, 25 or 60 hints) are one-time, consumable purchases. The hints are added to a balance and come off it as you use them. They do not expire.
  • The hint balance is stored only on the device where you bought it. It cannot be restored or moved to another device, and it is lost if you uninstall the app or reset the device, unless your device's own backup restores it.
  • Hints have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded by us.

5. Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds are handled by them under their policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through your Google Play order history. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

6. Ads

  • Without Premium, Minoku shows a full-screen ad from Google AdMob after every few solved levels.
  • You can also choose to watch a short rewarded ad for a hint, as often as you like until the level is solved. A hint is given only when the ad is watched to the end. If no ad is available or it fails to load, no hint is given; please try again later.
  • We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for the websites, apps and products they link to. How ad data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Your progress

Your progress, stars, scores and settings are stored only on your device. Minoku has no account or cloud sync, so uninstalling the app, resetting your device or changing phones can erase your progress unless your device's own backup restores it. We cannot recover lost progress. Stars and scores have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

8. Fair use

Do not modify the app, unlock paid features without paying, interfere with its ads (for example by generating fake ad views or taps), or use it in any way that is unlawful or that harms us, Google or other people.

9. Intellectual property

The app, including its design, puzzles, map illustrations, text and code, belongs to Hangar Apps or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. "Minoku" and its logo are our trademarks. Apple, App Store, Google, Google Play and other third-party names belong to their owners.

10. Changes to the game

We may add, change or remove features, levels and chapters, and may change how often ads appear. We will not take away the core Premium benefits (no ads between levels and free hints in every level) from a subscription period you have already paid for. Updates may be needed to keep using the app.

11. Disclaimer

Minoku is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we do not make any warranties, express or implied, including that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Hangar Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for the loss of game progress or unused hints. Our total liability for any claim related to Minoku is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

13. Termination

You can stop using Minoku at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your license if you seriously breach these Terms. We may also stop offering the app.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. If you keep using Minoku after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply where they give you more protection.

Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Hangar Apps ("biz") tarafından yayımlanan Minoku mobil uygulamasını ("Minoku", "uygulama") kullanımınız için geçerlidir. Minoku'yu indirerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayın.

1. Uygulama

Minoku tek oyunculu bir mantık bulmacası oyunudur. Izgarayı, her dikdörtgende tam bir sayı olacak şekilde dikdörtgenlere bölersiniz; her bölümde üç yıldıza kadar kazanır ve haritada yeni bölümler açarsınız. Oyun cihazınızda oynanır ve hesap gerektirmez. Ücretsizdir, reklamlarla desteklenir ve isteğe bağlı uygulama içi satın almalar sunar.

2. Lisans

Size, Minoku'yu sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda Apple App Store veya Google Play kurallarının izin verdiği ölçüde kullanmanız için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Yasaların izin verdiği durumlar dışında uygulamayı veya bulmacaları, görselleri ve metinleri dahil içeriğini kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik uygulayamaz, yeniden satamaz veya dağıtamazsınız.

Minoku'yu Apple App Store'dan indirdiyseniz Apple'ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir. Bu Koşullarla çelişmesi halinde iOS kullanıcıları için Apple EULA esas alınır.

3. Minoku Premium aboneliği

  • Minoku'yu indirmek ve oynamak ücretsizdir. Minoku Premium, aylık veya yıllık sunulan, isteğe bağlı ve otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Satın alma ekranında açıklandığı gibi bölümler arasındaki reklamları kaldırır ve her bölümde 3 ücretsiz ipucu verir.
  • Fiyat ve dönem uzunluğu satın almadan önce uygulamada gösterilir. Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığınızda Apple ID veya Google Play hesabınızdan alınır.
  • Ücretsiz deneme: bir plan ücretsiz deneme sunuyorsa (örneğin yıllık planda 7 gün), deneme bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezseniz deneme sonunda ücretlendirilirsiniz. Deneme, mağazanın belirlediği şekilde mağaza hesabı başına bir kez sunulur.
  • Yenileme: abonelik, geçerli dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse aynı süre ve fiyatla kendiliğinden yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde hesabınızdan alınır.
  • İptal: aboneliğinizi App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan (Ayarlar → adınız → Abonelikler) veya Google Play'den (Play Store → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler) yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez. İptalden sonra Premium, ödediğiniz dönemin sonuna kadar açık kalır.
  • Geri yükleme: Premium mağaza hesabınıza bağlıdır. Aynı hesapla oturum açılmış yeni veya sıfırlanmış bir cihazda yeniden açmak için Ayarlar'daki Satın alımları geri yükle'yi kullanın.

4. İpucu paketleri

  • İpucu paketleri (örneğin 10, 25 veya 60 ipucu) tek seferlik, tüketilebilir satın alımlardır. İpuçları bakiyenize eklenir ve kullandıkça düşer. Süreleri dolmaz.
  • İpucu bakiyesi yalnızca satın alındığı cihazda saklanır. Geri yüklenemez veya başka bir cihaza taşınamaz; cihazınızın kendi yedeği geri yüklemediği sürece uygulamayı kaldırırsanız veya cihazı sıfırlarsanız kaybolur.
  • İpuçlarının parasal değeri yoktur; tarafımızca takas edilemez, devredilemez veya iade edilemez.

5. İadeler

Satın alımlar Apple veya Google tarafından işlendiğinden iadeler de onların politikalarına göre onlar tarafından yapılır. İade talebini reportaproblem.apple.com adresinden veya Google Play sipariş geçmişinizden iletebilirsiniz. Bu Koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm yasal tüketici haklarınızı sınırlamaz.

6. Reklamlar

  • Premium olmadan Minoku, birkaç bölümde bir Google AdMob'dan tam ekran reklam gösterir.
  • Ayrıca bölüm çözülene kadar istediğiniz kadar kısa bir ödüllü reklam izleyerek ipucu almayı seçebilirsiniz. İpucu yalnızca reklam sonuna kadar izlendiğinde verilir. Reklam yoksa veya yüklenemezse ipucu verilmez; lütfen biraz sonra tekrar deneyin.
  • Üçüncü taraf reklamların içeriğinden veya bağlantı verdikleri web siteleri, uygulamalar ve ürünlerden sorumlu değiliz. Reklam verilerinin nasıl işlendiği Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır.

7. İlerlemeniz

İlerlemeniz, yıldızlarınız, puanlarınız ve ayarlarınız yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Minoku'da hesap veya bulut eşitlemesi olmadığından, cihazınızın kendi yedeği geri yüklemediği sürece uygulamayı kaldırmak, cihazı sıfırlamak veya telefon değiştirmek ilerlemenizi silebilir. Kaybolan ilerlemeyi geri getiremeyiz. Yıldızların ve puanların parasal değeri yoktur; takas edilemez veya devredilemez.

8. Adil kullanım

Uygulamayı değiştirmeyin, ücretli özellikleri ödemeden açmaya çalışmayın, reklamlara müdahale etmeyin (örneğin sahte reklam gösterimi veya tıklaması oluşturmayın) ve uygulamayı yasalara aykırı ya da bize, Google'a veya başkalarına zarar verecek şekilde kullanmayın.

9. Fikri mülkiyet

Tasarımı, bulmacaları, harita çizimleri, metinleri ve kodu dahil uygulama, Hangar Apps'e veya lisans verenlerine aittir ve fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunur. "Minoku" adı ve logosu markalarımızdır. Apple, App Store, Google, Google Play ve diğer üçüncü taraf adları sahiplerine aittir.

10. Oyundaki değişiklikler

Özellik, bölüm ve harita bölümleri ekleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya kaldırabilir; reklamların ne sıklıkla gösterildiğini değiştirebiliriz. Ücretini ödediğiniz bir abonelik dönemi boyunca Premium'un temel avantajlarını (bölümler arasında reklam olmaması ve her bölümde ücretsiz ipuçları) kaldırmayız. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmek için güncelleme gerekebilir.

11. Sorumluluk reddi

Minoku "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız veya belirli bir amaca uygun olacağı dahil, açık ya da zımni hiçbir garanti vermeyiz.

12. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde Hangar Apps; dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan ya da oyun ilerlemesinin veya kullanılmamış ipuçlarının kaybından sorumlu değildir. Minoku ile ilgili herhangi bir talepte toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki 12 ay içinde uygulama içi satın alımlar için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Bazı ülkeler bu sınırlamalara izin vermez; bu durumda sizin için geçerli olmayabilirler.

13. Sona erme

Minoku'yu silerek kullanmayı istediğiniz zaman bırakabilirsiniz. Bu Koşulları ciddi şekilde ihlal ederseniz lisansınızı askıya alabilir veya sona erdirebiliriz. Uygulamayı sunmayı da durdurabiliriz.

14. Bu Koşullardaki değişiklikler

Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. "Son güncelleme" tarihi geçerli sürümü gösterir. Bir değişiklikten sonra Minoku'yu kullanmaya devam ederseniz güncellenmiş Koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

15. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. İkamet ettiğiniz ülkenin size daha fazla koruma sağlayan zorunlu tüketici koruma hükümleri saklıdır.
